THE OFFICE we would share is large with a balcony. It has hard wood flooring, a large desk, desk chair, two bookcases, laser printer (to share), lamps, shredder and tons of books. There are also some office supplies in the closets you can use. The office has a sliding glass door that leads out to the nice balcony. The balcony has tons of planters on the ledge just in case you might like to plant a little garden.
