Pico/Robertson is a vibrant walkable area. We are west of Robertson and about 3 blocks south of Pico. 

There are numerous restaurants, bakeries, markets and little shops within walking distance. We also have a Walgreen's, Starbucks, Baskin Robins, 7-11 and a public library within a few blocks. The grocery store is about 1 mile away and we generally walk there unless we have a big shop to do.

We are 1 block from Beverlywood and about 6 blocks from Beverly Hills city limits. LAX and downtown are both about 30 minutes by car. UCLA, Westwood, SMC and Santa Monica are 15-20 minutes by car (longer by bus and during high traffic times).

The Big Blue Bus lines run about every 15 minutes going everywhere from Century City to Santa Monica to UCLA and SMC.

I have lived in this terrific area for about 15 years. On Friday and Saturday nights families are walking around in the neighborhood which gives it a nice safe feeling.
