Although we love pets, we cannot accept them no matter how small or well-behaved. Too many people who have come to our place have allergies and we are sensitive to their issues. We also cannot allow smokers (even those who smoke outside).
For $1700 per month, we require a year commitment. Shorter stays may be available at additional cost.
Our landlord allows us to rent to you as a roommate but you acquire no rights under our master lease or under LA rent control regulations.
